1. Information We Collect
When using BizNear as a shopper, we collect search queries to locate nearby products. When you choose to submit an enquiry form to a seller, you may optionally provide your name and phone number. When clicking 'Call', 'WhatsApp', or 'Directions', an aggregate intent event counter is incremented to help local merchants understand demand.
2. Merchant Tenant Isolation
All customer enquiries are strictly multi-tenant isolated. A message sent to Merchant A is stored exclusively in Merchant A's authenticated cockpit. Under no circumstances can Merchant B access, search, or inspect enquiries addressed to other merchants.
3. Intent Events vs Deliveries
A click on a 'Call' or 'WhatsApp' button indicates shopping interest ('Intent Event'). BizNear does not falsely represent these clicks as confirmed sales or proof of product delivery.
